Executive Director, Loyalty

The Executive Director, Loyalty will own the bank's consumer loyalty portfolio, defining and executing the loyalty strategy, managing programme performance, funding, liability and partner ecosystems. The role works cross‑functionally with product, finance, technology, operations, risk and marketing to drive customer engagement, rewards utilisation and sustainable programme economics.
