Executive Director of Development, Penn Libraries

The Executive Director of Development for Penn Libraries is the lead fundraising officer responsible for conceptualizing and executing a coordinated development and donor communications program for the Libraries. Reporting jointly to the Vice Provost/Director of Libraries and the Associate Vice President for University Development, the role is a senior leadership position focused on advancing alumni engagement, donor relations, and institutional visibility across the University. The position participates in senior leadership planning, collaborates with Central DAR and campus partners, and oversees a small professional staff.
