The Executive Director, Patient Access Center leads enterprise access transformation across ambulatory clinics, specialty practices, and hospital-based services. The role designs and implements new access models using automation, artificial intelligence, and coordinated digital and human support to improve timely care, patient experience, and revenue cycle performance. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and partners with various clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to own the access transformation roadmap and scale proven innovations.
