Executive Director, Patient Experience Performance Optimization

The Executive Director, Patient Experience Performance Optimization leads the execution of experience improvement strategies across UChicago Medicine's acute sites, translating patient experience data into actionable plans to improve HCAHPS and other metrics. This role oversees standardization of best practices, data analytics, education, and stakeholder engagement, while also managing patient experience initiatives for adult inpatient departments at the Hyde Park and Northwest Indiana campuses.
