About this role
The Executive Director, P&C Data & Analytics Delivery at USAA is accountable for the strategy, design, delivery, maintenance, and support of data and analytics capabilities and technical solutions for the Property & Casualty insurance business, with emphasis on Distribution, Sales, Agency, SBI, Innovation and Transformation. The role partners with senior IT and business leaders across the Association to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives. This position is based in San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX and requires being in the office four days per week.
