Executive Director, Pharmacovigilance

This role serves as the internal pharmacovigilance lead and subject matter expert for a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, building and owning the safety function from the ground up. The position provides medical oversight of the oncology pipeline, manages safety operations and compliance, and acts as the primary interface with regulatory agencies and cross-functional teams. It involves establishing safety infrastructure, overseeing outsourced activities, and leading a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
