Executive Director Physician Logistics and Optimization

The Executive Director Physician Logistics and Optimization supervises, evaluates, and implements best practices and operational processes within UHealth related to ambulatory access. The role involves organizing and coordinating access strategies, projects, and workflow design to meet organizational goals while managing the day-to-day analysis and optimization of business processes related to provider scheduling and physician logistics. This position leads system-wide provider template optimization and directs the physician logistics team to streamline processes and enhance patient experience.
