Executive Director, Portfolio & Program Management

The Executive Director, Portfolio & Program Management is a global leadership role within the Program and Portfolio Management organization, accountable for program management efforts across the drug development lifecycle and commercialization. This position drives organizational design, strategic growth, and operational excellence while leading multiple disease areas and mentoring senior program managers. The role is based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote per week.
