Executive Director, Private Foundation

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and principal partner to the Board of Directors for Covenant Health and Community Services, a private grantmaking foundation focused on improving health and well-being in Northwest Florida. This role involves shaping organizational strategy, building the operating model, and overseeing grantmaking priorities related to aging, behavioral health, and access to care. The leader will steward significant resources, ensure financial compliance, and represent the Foundation as a visible ambassador within the community.
