About this role
The Executive Director of Process Engineering will lead AstraZeneca’s cell therapy process engineering function, overseeing design, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes from development through commercialization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing a multi-site team and collaborating with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs. The position reports to the Vice President of Analytical and Process Development and is located in Gaithersburg, MD or Santa Monica, CA.
