The Executive Director serves as the central connective node for Medical across the Bristol Myers Squibb Real World Evidence (RWE) ecosystem, linking study teams to internal and external data assets, technology platforms, and AI capabilities. This leadership role establishes a new Real World Evidence Innovation Center, defining its mission and operating model while bridging Medical teams with the Unified Data Layer and enterprise partners. Key priorities include building end-to-end data connectivity architecture, institutionalizing RWD as the standard for study planning, and fostering organizational fluency in advanced data-driven study designs.
