About this role
The Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion is the senior regulatory lead responsible for ensuring advertising, promotional and external communications comply with FDA regulations and company objectives. This role serves as the subject matter expert and partner to launch, commercial, medical affairs, R&D, corporate communications, legal and senior leadership. The position chairs the Promotion Review Committee and Medical Review Committee and provides strategic regulatory perspective to support product launches and corporate messaging.
