Executive Director - Research Administration & Operations

The Executive Director of Research Administration & Operations provides executive leadership for the integrated administrative and operational infrastructure of the Research Institute, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of the research mission. This role partners with senior leadership to translate research priorities into scalable capabilities, overseeing cross-functional governance, performance management, and continuous improvement across research operations. The position is responsible for strategic alignment, quality and compliance oversight, and stewardship of financial, technology, and workforce resources.
