About this role

The Executive Director of Research, Assessment, Data Analytics and Reporting (RADAR) serves as the College’s lead strategist for institutional data, analytics, and reporting to state and federal entities. This role provides executive-level leadership for institutional research, official reporting, support for accreditation, and data analytics in support of Bucks County Community College’s President and senior leadership. The position ensures the College’s institutional reporting, analytics capabilities and performance metrics advance strategic and academic priorities, strengthen positioning across the Commonwealth and beyond, and inform high-level decision-making across academic and non-academic units at Bucks County Community College.

Responsibilities

Lead institutional research, data analytics, and compliance reporting strategies
Provide executive leadership and strategic advising to senior college administration
Oversee accreditation support, data governance, and enterprise dashboard development
