The Executive Director, U.S. Public Policy will own enterprise-level public policy strategy related to Medicare, Medicaid, and payment models, advising executive leadership and shaping positions that affect access, reimbursement, and portfolio value. This role serves as BridgeBio’s primary public policy authority with U.S. regulators (CMS and HHS) and represents the company externally. The position requires translating complex policy developments into clear strategic recommendations and partnering across finance, commercial, market access, and government affairs to inform decision-making.
