About this role
The American Red Cross is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Hill Country Chapter in the Central and South Texas Region. This is a high-visibility, public-facing leadership role focused on representing the organization locally, strengthening community partnerships, and guiding chapter strategy in alignment with regional and national priorities. The position reports to the Regional Chief Executive Officer and is based out of the Kerrville office several days per week.
