The Executive Director will lead Flamma, a strategic communications programme focused on advancing gender equality, by shaping its vision, building partnerships, and overseeing team development, fundraising, and impact measurement. Reporting to the Chief of Staff at the Meliore Foundation, this role guides the initiative from early stages to global influence, integrating communications, civil society, and philanthropy.
