The Executive Director will lead and manage all aspects of Overlake Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care, overseeing operations, health and wellness, human resources, customer service, and financial performance to ensure quality and profitability. The role focuses on achieving stable occupancy, fostering a compassionate community environment, and developing high‑performing department heads while building strong relationships with residents, families, and partners.
