Executive Director

The MusicianShip seeks a mission-driven, entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead a growing organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality music education for students across Washington, DC. The role involves serving as the organization's chief strategist, fundraiser, and operational leader to strengthen financial sustainability, deepen community partnerships, and scale program impact. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, music educators, and community stakeholders to drive the organization's mission forward.
