The Executive Director serves as the chief executive leader of UCAN City Mission, providing spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership to advance the organization's Christ-centered purpose. This role oversees all aspects of ministry operations, including staff leadership, program effectiveness, financial stewardship, and community engagement. The position guides the Mission through a team of key leaders while maintaining a close connection to frontline ministry and guests.
