Executive Director

The Executive Director will lead the full development lifecycle of major real estate projects, from concept and feasibility through to delivery and handover. This role oversees planning, design coordination, commercial structuring, and execution across multiple assets while managing relationships with government entities, investors, consultants, and contractors.
