Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the chief administrative officer, chief storyteller, and primary fundraising catalyst for the Jericho Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity supporting underserved youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This full-time leadership role involves managing operations across a remote span, overseeing a $500,000 annual budget, and leading strategic planning, donor cultivation, and major event execution. The position requires bridging the gap between U.S. donors, the Board of Directors, and the on-the-ground team in Sarajevo.
