Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the chief operating officer and top staff executive for the International Association of Arson Investigators, leading staff and supporting volunteer leaders to advance the association's mission and strategic priorities. This role involves turning the strategic plan into measurable goals, managing financial stewardship, and overseeing membership, education, and government relations initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, governance knowledge, and the ability to manage a collaborative team in a predominantly telecommuting environment.
