Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of NEA-New Mexico, reporting directly to the Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership and ensure the organization's operations, programs, and advocacy efforts align with its mission and legal requirements. This role involves guiding long-range planning, maintaining financial stewardship, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation across the organization. The position also focuses on championing public education, building collaborative relationships with external partners, and supporting positive staff relations.
