Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the senior administrative leader of the Kaw Nation’s tribal government, translating approved policy and priorities into effective operations and measurable improvements in services to tribal citizens. The role involves overseeing day-to-day administration, managing department directors, and ensuring financial stewardship and resource development. This position strengthens administrative capacity while respecting the Nation’s sovereignty, culture, and government-to-government relationships.
