Executive Director

Families Together seeks an experienced leader to serve as Executive Director, driving the organization's strategic vision and expanding its capacity to address family homelessness in Wake County. The role involves overseeing all operations, leading a capital campaign to rebuild and expand emergency shelter, and fostering strong community partnerships to increase affordable housing options. The Executive Director will manage a $2.5 million operating budget, lead a team of approximately 20 staff, and serve as the chief spokesperson for the nonprofit.
