Executive Director

The Executive Director provides strategic oversight and administration for Hope Operations, a non-profit subsidiary of the Delaware State Housing Authority, managing day-to-day operations of shelter facilities in Kent and Sussex Counties. This role involves executive-level leadership in program delivery, operations, workplace management, and financial oversight to ensure shelters are adequately resourced and effectively managed. The position reports to the Hope Operations Board of Directors and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support the organization's mission.
