The Executive Director leads and manages Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) Mississippi, setting the vision and direction to disrupt the college opportunity gap for young men of color. This role involves overseeing program implementation, fundraising, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership while reporting directly to the CEO. The position requires strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring compliance with federal and grant requirements.
