Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for managing an Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care community, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring high-quality resident care within budgetary guidelines while meeting Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC standards. The role involves leading the community through servant leadership, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and overseeing facility management and safety programs. The position also includes developing operating budgets, monitoring financial performance, and managing marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy levels. Additionally, the Executive Director oversees recruitment, training, and supervision of community associates, ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering positive associate relations.
