Executive Director's Personal Assistant

This role serves as the primary support to the Managing Director, managing personal and professional matters including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence. The position involves preparing materials for management meetings, organizing events, and facilitating communication between the MD's office and internal departments. The ideal candidate will handle secretarial duties, follow up on departmental work plans, and assist with legal and board-related assignments.
