This role involves managing day-to-day store operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, including listings, inventory, and platform hygiene. The incumbent will execute in-store promotions, coordinate internal livestreams, handle customer inquiries, and develop customer acquisition initiatives through partnerships. Collaboration with platform key account managers and the e-commerce lead is essential to maximize campaign participation and growth.
