The Executive (Email & SharePoint) supports the day-to-day operations and administration of Microsoft 365 email and collaboration platforms across KPJ Group. The role ensures the availability, security, and performance of these services while managing user lifecycle actions and system integrations. This position also involves troubleshooting incidents, maintaining compliance with security standards, and collaborating with various IT teams to drive continuous improvement.
