About this role
The Executive Enablement Lead (VP) leads a production pod dedicated to translating executive narratives into high-impact presentations and strategic materials for the C&P COO organization. The role partners with senior leaders across Operations, Technology and the business to shape and communicate the agenda, own intake and prioritization of executive requests, and ensure quality, consistency and brand alignment. The position provides day-to-day leadership and coaching to junior team members and sits within the Strategy & Execution team based in Noida.
