Executive – Finance

The Executive – Finance role is responsible for managing invoicing, customer settlements, and payment processing while preparing crew wages and financial reports. This position involves monitoring outstanding balances, reconciling inventory in SAP and Shipmate, and supporting budgeting and corporate planning activities. The role also includes assisting with the SAP HANA migration project and providing weekly updates to management.
