Executive, HNW Concierge Case Management

The Case Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end pre- and post-sale service transactions for insurance policies, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for financial representatives and clients. The role acts as a central point of contact between distribution partners and internal teams such as underwriting, legal & compliance, and policy services, with a focus on high-net-worth business. This position is part of the Operations function at Manulife/John Hancock and follows a hybrid working arrangement.
