Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper plans and manages the daily operations of the hotel's room and related areas to ensure guest satisfaction and quality service while meeting financial goals. This role involves overseeing the Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Security, and Gift Shop, and participating in total hotel management as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee. The position is responsible for short and long-term planning, budget management, and implementing company programs to maintain high service standards.
