Executive - HR Business Partner

This role supports the HR team in delivering day-to-day operations and initiatives during a 6-month fixed-term contract, including recruitment coordination, learning and development support, and performance management processes. The position fosters a positive employee relations climate, ensures HR data integrity and compliance with labour laws, and drives initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, at least 3 years of experience, and fluency in English and Sinhala.
