Executive Management

The position leads financial planning, analysis, reporting, accounting, controls, treasury, tax, and risk management across a multi-company manufacturing environment. It involves building strong partnerships with operations and other functions to improve cost visibility, margin management, and operating accountability. The role also focuses on leading finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving organizational change.
