This role sets the technical bar for AI within the Business Banking & Wealth division, leading the craft and staying close to the code to build standards for trusted AI at enterprise scale. The Executive Manager will take accountability for technical design, methodology, and capability standards, challenging solution designs and tackling complex problems in predictive modelling, decision science, and agentic workflows. The position ensures quality, explainability, fairness, privacy, and security are integrated from the start while coaching AI professionals and partnering across teams to strengthen lifecycle quality.
