About this role

The Executive Manager, Risk and Compliance leads the development and oversight of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks for The Salvation Army Australia. Reporting to the Head of Audit and Risk and leading a team of five, the role ensures the organisation identifies and manages strategic and operational risks in line with Board-approved risk appetite. This is a permanent full-time position based in Blackburn, Melbourne with hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
