Executive & Office Administrator

This role supports the Jays Care Foundation by splitting time between financial bookkeeping and executive office administration. Key duties include managing accounts payable/receivable, performing bookkeeping in QuickBooks, handling GST/HST filings, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team. The position also involves coordinating events, managing donor communications, and preparing strategic presentations.
