Executive Office Coordinator

The Executive Office Co-ordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the General Counsel and the Executive Director of Legal & Governance at WorkSafe Victoria. Acting as the focal point for the Office of the General Counsel, the role ensures the smooth running of executive functions through effective stakeholder communication, logistics management, and strict adherence to confidentiality. The position involves coordinating board contributions, managing complex diaries and travel, and maintaining administrative processes for the Senior Leadership Team.
