Executive Officer/Assistant

The Executive Officer/Assistant provides high-level executive, administrative, and coordination support to the Executive Director, managing complex schedules, correspondence, and strategic planning processes. The role serves as a key coordination and gatekeeping point for the Executive Director and Leadership Team, ensuring effective planning, decision-making, and institutional follow-through. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing confidential documents, and supporting the operationalisation of MSF Southern Africa.
