Executive Operations Coordinator

The Executive Operations Coordinator supports organizational effectiveness by strengthening coordination, communication, and accountability for major operational priorities, strategic initiatives, and executive leadership commitments across Andrews Federal Credit Union. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, the position provides high-level executive coordination and administrative support to the Executive Vice Presidents while serving as a centralized resource for monitoring significant organizational initiatives, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Working collaboratively with executives and department leaders throughout the organization, the Executive Operations Coordinator proactively obtains progress updates, identifies potential delays and unresolved issues, and facilitates timely escalation of matters requiring executive attention.
