Partnership for Large Election Jurisdictions
The Executive Operations Lead serves as the operational engine of the Executive Office for the Partnership for Large Election Jurisdictions, ensuring executive priorities move from conversation to completion through disciplined task tracking, preparation, and coordination. This senior individual contributor role focuses on executive preparation, action tracking, project coordination, and follow‑through rather than traditional administrative support.
The Partnership for Large Election Jurisdictions (PLEJ) is a national, nonpartisan organization that builds a community of practice for local election officials from the largest U.S. election jurisdictions—those serving 250,000 or more people—which collectively represent over 75% of American voters. PLEJ facilitates peer-to-peer engagement, develops and distributes nonpartisan election administration resources and toolkits, and elevates the voices of election administrators to address the unique challenges of large jurisdictions. The organization supports retention, professional development, and innovation in election administration to promote safe, secure, and fair elections across the country.
