The Executive Producer, Experiential Production is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end production and strategic direction of MATTE’s experiential work. The role partners with Creative, Client Services, and Finance to ensure creative intent, operational excellence, and financial performance across projects. The Executive Producer also leads and develops the Experiential Production team while driving the evolution of the studio's experiential capabilities.
