The Senior Talent Acquisition professional will lead full-cycle recruitment across Watts’ corporate functions with a primary focus on executive hiring for Finance, IT, Legal, and HR across the Americas. The role is hybrid based in North Andover, MA and reports to the Leader of Americas Talent Acquisition. This position shapes talent strategies, builds executive pipelines, mentors the TA community, and ensures hiring aligns with Watts’ values and business goals.
