Executive Secretary

This role provides comprehensive day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The position involves preparing documents, reports, and presentations while maintaining organized records and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal and external communications and assist with general back-office administrative tasks.
