Executive Secretary

The Executive Secretary provides senior-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer of Health and other leadership, coordinating daily activities, information flow, and office operations. The role involves managing complex executive calendars, triaging communications, overseeing records and financial administration, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
