It provides multiyear, wraparound services including academic coaching, tutoring, college-application and financial-aid support, mentoring, and career-readiness programming. Working with schools, families, funders, and colleges, College Track removes barriers to access and persistence and offers scholarships and advising that follow students from high school through college completion.
